You may give us information by creating an optional Humans Anonymous profile, using the Humans Anonymous platform to chat, applying to any job positions with Humans Anonymous, entering information through our online forms or surveys, or contacting us by phone or email for information or customer service. The categories of information you provide to us may include: Contact information, such as name, location, and email Online identifiers, such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, cookies, username, password Audio, electronic, or visual information, such as your chats or profile picture Professional, employment, or education information, such as copies of your resume or CV and any other information required to verify your qualifications, for recruitment purposes The sensitive categories of information you provide to us may include: Financial information, such as credit card information Health information, such as information about your mental health and wellness in your chats and other communications Information We Automatically Collect. Like many website operators, we may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Sites. To Other Humans Anonymous Users. We may share your username and profile picture with other users when you are in a chatroom. Affiliates and Service Providers. We share your information with our third-party service providers such as Agora or third-party payment processors and any subcontractors as required to offer you our products and services. The service providers we use help us to: run, operate and maintain our Services through third party platform and software tools; perform content moderation and crash analytics; run email and mobile messaging campaigns; perform marketing analytics; conduct our recruitment process; provide payment attribution; and, provide technical and customer support.
